Huaguan (1922-2002), formerly known as Bao Huapu. Rich people in Hebei. Party member, CPC. A first-class writer, once the chairman of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the chairman of Beijing Writers Association, graduated from the Literature Department of North China United University in 942. From 65438 to 0940, he participated in the revolutionary work, and successively served as an army reporter for the newspaper Salvation, the organ newspaper of the Party Committee of Jidong District, the deputy captain and captain of the literary and art team of the Qianbing Drama Club of the Political Department of Jidong Military Region, the deputy head of the cultural and art troupe of the Jicha-Reliao Military Region, a researcher at the Northeast Lu Xun Art Institute, a composer of the Central Orchestra, and a resident writer of the Beijing Writers Association.

Huaguan was originally named Bao Huapu, and took part in the revolutionary work in 1965. 1942 graduated from the literature department of North China United University. He is a member of the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th CPPCC National Committee. He used to be the vice chairman and chairman of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the president of Beijing Laoshe Literature and Art Foundation, the president of Beijing Laoshe Research Association, and a first-class writer. On 1942, Hua Guan began to publish his works, including the novel Jiang Jun He and the Abyss, the novella Xin, the collection of short stories and Hua Guan Ji. His novella Xiao Jie Yu and his songs Happy Festival, Our Field and Listening to Mom's Memories are widely sung and influential.
