Gao Yutang, male, born in June, 1953, party member, graduated from Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel (now University of Science and Technology Beijing), joined the work in June, 1969, joined the party in July, 1973. He has served as deputy director of Xing County Committee Office, director of County Planning Commission, deputy magistrate of county government and executive deputy magistrate.
