1980 After graduating from university, he stayed in school and worked as secretary, deputy director and director of yili normal university Academic Affairs Office, as head teacher, part-time teacher, director of audit bureau and director of foreign affairs office.

1April, 1996, served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of yili normal university, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and concurrently served as Chairman of the College Trade Union.

In June 2002, he was transferred to Xinjiang Agricultural University as deputy secretary of the Party Committee. 1987 was named statistician,1997 was promoted to associate professor in June and professor in 2006. In terms of social part-time, he used to be the executive director of Xinjiang Education International Exchange Association, and now he is the vice president of Northwest Higher Education Management Research Association.
