Chiang19/kloc-0 was born in Lianhua county, Jiangxi province in may, 1929. 1932 joined the China * * * organization, 1933 joined the Chinese red army of workers and peasants, and 1934 participated in the 25,000-mile long March. During War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, he served as instructor of 2nd Battalion of 7 17 of 359th Brigade of 120 Division, director of political department of 7 18 Brigade, deputy political commissar and political commissar of 359th Brigade, director of political department of the second column and deputy director of political department of the third column. 1after July, 1950, he served as director of the Organization Department of the Organization Department of the General Political Department of the Military Commission, deputy director of the Political Department of Qingdao Naval Base, director of the cadre department of the Naval Military Academy, deputy political commissar of the Naval Logistics Department, political commissar of the Naval Research Department, and deputy political commissar of the Seventh Research Institute of the Ministry of National Defense; 1June, 965, served as the head of the supervision team of the Central Supervision Commission in the Sixth Machinery Department; 1in July, 1970, he served as deputy political commissar of 2 14 Command of Fuzhou Military Region; 1September, 1979, served as a member of the party group and head of the discipline inspection team of the Sixth Machinery Department.

Jiang was elected as seven alternate representatives of the party in May 1940 and was awarded the rank in May 1955. He was awarded the Second Class August 1st Medal, the Second Class Medal of Independence and Freedom, and the First Class Medal of Liberation.
