Brief introduction of Longwangjian in huangpi district
There is a "barren hill" in huangpi district in the north of Wuhan. This "barren mountain" is about 60 kilometers away from the center of Wuhan. The mountains are overgrown with weeds, and there are neither beautiful flowers nor dense trees. Because it is different from the definition of general tourist attractions, few tourists come here to play. At the same time, however, broken walls on this "barren hill" has attracted hordes of backpackers.
This "barren mountain" is called Longwangjian, with an altitude of 385.6 meters. There is a stone village on Longwangjian, and the broken wall on the mountain is the ruins of this stone village.
Looking at the Dragon King's Tip from a distance, you can see the stockaded village with a length of12.5km, winding on the top of the mountain, which is magnificent and comparable to the Great Wall of Wan Li, hence the name "Wuhan Great Wall".
Longwangzhai was built in the Ming Dynasty, when Huangpi Village was often looted by bandits. In order to resist bandits, the villagers built this Dragon King Stone Village in the air, which is easy to defend but difficult to attack.
The architecture of Julian Waghann House embodies the wisdom of ancient people in China in aesthetics and function. When you come to the remaining stone village, you will be surprised to find that the solid wall of the village is actually made of pieces of unpolished dry stones, and you can't find the same stones here. They are long or short, complete or broken, biting each other and jointly defending the homeland on which the people depend.
Because the whole stockade is made of stones, people can't help wondering how people found so many different stones and transported them to the mountains in the Ming Dynasty, when the traffic was underdeveloped.
In fact, most of the stones are made from local materials, and gravel can be directly used to fill the gaps in the village. The whole big stone is heated with fire and then cooled with cold water. Hot and cold react alternately, and the big stone is split into small stones. Finally, small stones of different shapes were transported and built.
As a cabin with 10000 people, Wang Long's Jane's house must meet the basic living function of the building. Even though the Stone Village has been destroyed, you can still find enclosed spaces of all sizes during the tour.
These spaces provide rich imagination for tourists. You can imagine that this is a warehouse, this is a market, and this is a rice shop.
The vicissitudes of stone walls seem to be silently telling the story of daily necessities. The lake at the foot of the mountain separates the mountains, and the wise ancestors used it as a cottage reservoir to provide sweet drinking water for the villagers.
People are moved by historical sites, which is often caused by the rendering of the natural environment. The reason why Wangshi Village can arouse people's resonance is also related to the wanton growth of weeds on Wangshan Mountain.
Different from other peaks with rich vegetation and beautiful scenery, the vegetation on the Dragon King's Tip is single, and the height of the tree is not terrible. The most prominent is the weeds all over the mountains, which are continuous and most of them are half a person's height.
In autumn, the weeds on the mountain turn into golden meadows like rice fields, dotted with several dark green trees, giving people a feeling of vastness and desolation.
Many people in Wuhan also call it "Wugong Mountain". Indeed, the Dragon King Point in autumn looks like a venue for martial arts novels. In addition, the Dragon King Village in broken walls at the top of the mountain makes this bleak feeling even more touching, but few people visit it.
People who have lived in the city for a long time will inevitably lose some chivalry in their hearts, but at the Dragon King's point, you may find this long-lost chivalry. When the autumn wind sweeps across the grass, you will inevitably imagine the scene of the upcoming war, so what are you waiting for? Hurry to the Dragon King Point and feel this gift from nature.
In the long river of history, this village in Bing Gu has flourished for more than 400 years. It was not until A.D. 1868 (the tenth year of Emperor Xianfeng in Qing Dynasty) that this feudal landlord armed castle, which was used to resist bandits, withdrew from the historical stage with the failure of Taiping Army and the collapse of the East-West Nian Army in Qing Dynasty. By AD 1877 (the third year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty), it was gradually abandoned and became an uninhabited castle.
From the satellite map, Wuhan is all plains, but only Longwangdian is endless mountains. Coupled with the weeds in the dense forest, I can feel what it is like to become an outlaw in it. In ancient times, robbers outside the city attacked the city and plundered the land from here, harassing the people. People have built many fortifications here, that is, the remains of castles, city walls and bunkers we see here now.
There are more than 200 castle bunkers in Wanglonggubing Village. The largest can reach 1 1,000 square meters, and the smallest is only a few square meters. Bing Gu Village is made up of some local stone slabs piled up one after another. The mountain is so steep that it is hard to imagine how difficult it is for people to build such a large-scale Bing Gu village. Who the hell is it? When was the village of Bing Gu built here?
Things have to be traced back to AD 1456 more than 600 years ago (Jingtai 7 years in the Ming Dynasty). At that time, the Ming Dynasty was politically corrupt and suffered from drought for years, which triggered social unrest. Bandits come to Huangpi's village from time to time to burn and rob. In order to resist these foreign bandits, local villagers gathered villagers to raise funds and built this Bing Gu Village on the top of the Dragon King Jianshan Mountain.
It was not until A.D. 1494 (the seventh year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty) that this military stronghold was built. Liu Changxu, then the magistrate of Huangpi County, went to congratulate him. The castle was named Yong 'anzhai, which means long-term stability. This plaque is still in the home of a villager at the foot of the mountain. After the completion of Wanglong Gubing Village, the walled stone village chief 12.5km covers an area of about1.5km2. It is magnificent and stands among the misty peaks. The average height of the village wall is 3.5 meters. There were more than 2000 houses at that time, including it. At the peak, it can accommodate more than 10 thousand people and become a veritable fortress in the air.
Judging from the remaining structure, the function of this Bing Gu village is very complete. There is a reservoir on the mountainside of Bing Gu Village to store water, which can solve the drinking water problem for at least 10,000 people. There are many traces of artificial planting beside the top of the mountain, so people in those days could be self-sufficient at the top of the mountain. And from the load-bearing layout, the above functions are complete. There are warehouses, barracks, houses and captive animals. Even a market for selling things, this commercial street with market function is called Tianjie. There are inns, pawn shops, blacksmiths, pharmacies, grocery stores, rice shops, tailor shops, carpenters' shops, mills, dye shops, casinos and brothels. There are also temples and Taoist temples for everyone to pray. In addition, in the valley bottom near Bing Gu Village, there are large and small stone houses scattered. There is a boulder on the top of the ice cave with a deep cave on it. It is said that it was the flagpole used to insert the flag of Bingzhai in those days.
On the cliff of Zhaiding Temple site. Overlooking the dilapidated village of Bing Gu, we can still recall the prosperous scene here hundreds of years ago. From the beginning of construction, everyone has been busy, carrying slates, and then gradually moved in to avoid disaster. People can stay here for a long time because of the complete facilities. For hundreds of years, ups and downs have filled this village in Bing Gu with stories, and these stories have drifted away with the roar of mountain winds and the galloping of high-speed railways at the foot of the mountain.
