Zhou Yongquan (member of the party group and deputy director): responsible for labor arbitration, labor inspection, social insurance audit, statistics, salary and welfare and retirement management of government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and grading and professional title evaluation of workers in government agencies and institutions. In charge of labor supervision, mediation and arbitration section (migrant workers' work section), wage and welfare section, labor supervision brigade (social insurance inspection brigade), industrial review department and professional title department.

Gao Shuwan (member of the party group and deputy director): responsible for the administrative organs of the whole region to manage the work of civil servants and institutions, resettlement of demobilized cadres, enterprise endowment insurance, medical care, work injury, maternity insurance, youth, women's federations and family planning with reference to the Civil Service Law. In charge of the Civil Service Section (Office of the District Demobilized Cadres Resettlement Working Group), Enterprise Insurance Section and Medical Insurance Section.

Wang (member of the party group and leader of the discipline inspection team): Responsible for re-employment, labor dispatch, new citizen service, discipline inspection and supervision, and political (professional) construction, in charge of the supervision office, employment promotion office (human resources marketing department), labor employment management office, training center, labor security service hall, labor dispatch company and new citizen service center. Assist the director in building a clean government and supervising the social insurance fund.

Sun (member of the party group and chief clerk): responsible for the endowment insurance of government institutions, rural social endowment insurance and social security of landless farmers. The endowment insurance department of the competent authority and the rural endowment insurance department.

Zhang Chuqian (Party member and secretary): Responsible for letters and visits, maintaining stability, creating peace and building the rule of law. In charge of letters and visits office.

Shi Guangxue (member of the party group and chief clerk): Assist the director in attracting investment. In charge of investment promotion office.

Luo Qianyou (member of the party group and chairman of the trade union): responsible for party building, spiritual civilization, trade unions, propaganda, confidentiality, United front, double support, poverty alleviation, file management and fund raising.

Dai Jingfeng (member and director of the Party Group of the Talent Exchange Center): presided over the overall work of the talent exchange center, and was responsible for the comprehensive management of public institutions, personnel management of public institutions after the restructuring, enterprise talent contact and service, high-level talent work, and daily management and service of university student village officials. In charge of personnel management section of public institutions (professional and technical personnel and expert management section).
