1February 1978 to1February 1984, 12 studied in urban planning major of Tongji University, and obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering.

1984/kloc-0 joined China Urban Planning and Design Institute in February, 1984, and worked in Urban Economic Research Institute, Shenzhen Branch, Second Institute of Urban Planning, Shantou Branch and Urban Transportation Research Institute successively.

From 2003 to 2005, he participated in and presided over the "Coordinated Development Plan of Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration" organized by the Ministry of Construction and the Guangdong Provincial Government. The project won the first prize of national excellent planning and design.

From 2003 to 2004, he presided over the Strategic Study of Beijing Urban Space Development and participated in the revision of the new Beijing urban master plan. From 2000 to 2002, the organization participated in the conceptual planning and development strategy research of Guangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Harbin and other cities. Among them, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Harbin projects won the second prize and the third prize of national excellent planning and design respectively. 1996- 1997 presided over the Development Plan of Songbei District in Harbin, and the project included the research on the future development direction of Harbin urban area.

1998-2003, as the general manager of the project, presided over Zhuhai City Master Plan. The project won the first prize of national excellent planning and design and the gold medal of national excellent engineering design.

1997-200 1, as a Chinese expert in the environment and transportation project working group of the State Council Committee for International Cooperation on Environment and Development, cooperated with experts from Germany, Netherlands, Norway and other countries to carry out research work.

1996- 1997, as an international traffic consultant hired by the World Bank, participated in the urban traffic project in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which was loaned by the World Bank, and completed the Traffic Consultation Report for Non-motor Vehicles and the Traffic Improvement Design for Intersections. 1994- 1996 participated in the "China Urban Traffic Development Strategy Research" jointly conducted by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and the Ministry of Construction, and was responsible for the work of professional organizations and experts in China. 1992- 1996, as the project manager, presided over the World Bank loan project-urban traffic technical assistance and training for medium-sized cities in China.

1994- 1995 participated in the urban traffic planning of Shantou special economic zone and won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of construction 1996. Participated in the traffic planning of Harbin Central Street Pedestrian Street, and the project won the National Excellent Planning and Design Award.

1985, 1987, participated in the overall urban planning of Tangshan and Shantou successively;

1987, presided over the reconstruction planning and construction drawing design of Shenzhen Luohu port-railway station area;

1989, presided over the zoning planning of Longhu Area in Shantou Special Economic Zone.
