Guo, 1930- 12 was born in Pingyao, Shanxi province. She is a China soprano, a Jin opera performer, a traditional opera performer and a national vocal educator. Member of the 4th National Committee of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and director of the 2nd and 3rd sessions of China Musicians Association. Honorary member of the 10th China Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

On September 20 19 17, China signed a presidential decree and awarded Guo the honorary title of "People's Artist". ?
