1990 After graduation, I have been engaged in clinical work in obstetrics and gynecology in Nanfang Hospital. 1March 1997 to1March 1998, studied the clinical work of reproductive physiology, reproductive endocrinology and assisted reproductive technology at the Faculty of Medicine, Tokushima University, Japan. His main research interests are obstetrics and gynecology endocrinology, good at comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of infertility, and assisted reproductive technology to treat refractory infertility. He has profound attainments in the treatment of refractory reproductive endocrine diseases.

1997- 1998, the technology of cryopreservation of sperm in electrolyte-free solution and vitrification of morula was first developed. This clinical application research published four papers in English journals, two of which were published in JAS IT REPROD &: His achievement won the second prize of hospital medical achievement award. Recently 1 paper was accepted by Fertil Steril on 20 10. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, the national continuing education project "Academic Seminar on Repeated IVF Failure and Implantation Obstacles" was held continuously 1 time, and the theme of the seminar was well received by clinical workers in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology. In addition, the two-step embryo transfer method was first used to treat repeated IVF failures in China and achieved good results. Lectures at domestic academic conferences are popularized in reproductive centers of some hospitals.
