Zhong Shunshi, 1939, from Ruian, Zhejiang. 1956 graduated from Ruian Middle School. Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, School of Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University, Academician of Chinese Institute of Electronics, Senior Member of International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Academician of New York Academy of Sciences. 1960 graduated from the radar engineering department of military telecommunication engineering college and stayed as a teacher. 1980- 1982 was a visiting scholar and research consultant at the university of Washington and the university of Illinois, and 1988 was introduced to Shanghai university of science and technology. Responsible for guiding the first batch of foreign doctors awarded by China, 1989 visited Pakistan as a member of the "China Education Tri-member Delegation".
