The National Theatre of China (NTCC) is the highest artistic group in People's Republic of China (PRC). On February 25th, 2006, it was established on the basis of China Youth Art Theatre and Central Experimental Theatre. The National Theatre is a national theatrical performance group formed by the merger of two famous former national theatres-China Youth Art Theatre and Central Experimental Theatre on February 25th, 2000165438. It has rich artistic creation resources and splendid historical inheritance. Generations of predecessors, such as Ou Yangyuqian, Liao Chengzhi, Wu Xue, Shu Qiang, Jinshan and Sun Weishi, have laid a solid foundation for the evolution and development of drama.
