Kang Million Manor, also known as Heluo Konka, was built in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It was first built by Kang Shaojing, a descendant of the Kang family for six generations, and was built by Kang Dayong, a manor owner of the twelfth generation, in the early years of Qianlong. The Kang family was once rich in three provinces and was called a "millionaire".
