17 years, graduated from junior high school and was admitted to Fuzhou No.1 Senior High School. The following year, he went to Beiping and was admitted to the private Chinese University for the Preparatory Arts. Two years later, he was promoted to the Department of Chinese Studies. Graduated four years later with a bachelor's degree in literature. In 24 years of the Republic of China, Huang Shouqi returned to his hometown to visit relatives, and was retained by local people as the teaching director and literature and history teacher of Xiapu County Simple Rural Normal School (hereinafter referred to as Xiapu Architect). Soon, Chen Ziying, who praised the progressive students for daring to criticize the county magistrate and others in their compositions, was dismissed because of Zhang's false accusation and returned to Peiping. During my teaching in Songyun Middle School, I studied under Mr. Shang and Mr. Wu.

In August of the 25th year of the Republic of China, the patriotic general Song ordered the selection of graduates from universities in Pingjin and Baoding to train anti-Japanese cadres. Huang Shouqi gladly signed up for the exam. After entering school, he went to Nanyuan for military training for four months and was assigned to the staff office of Ji Chasui Department as a waiter. In his spare time, he is also a graduate student outside the Lianchi Lecture Institute founded by Song. During this period, he and his teacher Shang co-wrote three books, Nanyuan Training Record and Yi (hereinafter referred to as Mr. Yi San Shu). In particular, the two books of the latter and Shang An were accepted by Shutski, an academician of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, as the bibliography of his book The Book of Changes (1978 translated by the United States and renamed as The Book of Changes).

In 26 years, the July 7th Incident broke out. Song led the troops south, and Huang Shouqi stayed in Beiping. He first taught classical Chinese in Song Yun and Yanji Middle Schools, and then worked as a lecturer in the Department of Chinese Studies of China University until the winter of the 1930s. At that time, the Japanese Oriental Culture Committee organized Chinese and Japanese scholars to continue to study the Summary of Sikuquanshu. His teachers Shang and Wu are employed to participate in writing. In addition to teaching, he also assisted and replaced Wu and Shang in writing 30 abstracts of Yi and 60 abstracts of Li, and sorted out the book Yi. In 29 years of the Republic of China, Japanese scholar Shi Xiongqiao Kawasaki compiled The Mirror of China Cultural Figures, saying that he was a teacher of Shang and a master of Yi. At the same time, he also wrote Han Yi Regulations, Lu 'an Yi, Lu 'an Li Du Lu, Catalogue of Yi Studies in Past Dynasties, Essentials of Shang Yi, and Funeral.

In the winter of 30 years of the Republic of China, Huang Shouqi returned to Fujian. He first served as an associate professor in Fujian Teachers College (hereinafter referred to as Teachers College), then as an associate professor in National Haijiang School, and then returned to Teachers College as a professor and head of the Chinese Department until Fuzhou was liberated in August. 1949.
