Huang Yuanji's Personal Profile
Huang Yuanji, whose name is Yu Jian, was born in the 14th year of Guangxu reign (1888) in Yingcheng, Hubei. Huang Yuanji was smart and brave in his youth. When I grow up, I will be a soldier in the 3rd1bid of Hubei New Army. Shortly after enlisting in the army, he was admitted to Wujiang Guild Hall in Hubei Province. He successively joined the progressive organizations Wude Autonomous Society, League Society and Progressive Association, engaged in revolutionary activities, and co-founded the progressive organization Fuxin Literature Society with Zeng Shengsan.

19 10 in April, a wave of hungry people grabbing rice occurred in Hunan, and the government sent troops to suppress it, and the whole city of Changsha went on strike. In a letter to Huang Shenqi, a revolutionary from Hunan, Jiao Dafeng agreed that Hubei and Hunan revolted simultaneously. After receiving the letter, Huang Shen immediately conspired with Huang Yuanji, Cha Guangfo, Wu, Tang Xingjian, Ding, and others whom he trusted, and planned to set up a temporary military and political department to unify the dispatch and command during the uprising. Since then, Jiao Dafeng stopped attacking Changsha because the rice-grabbing agitation subsided. The news that Wuchang New Army is preparing for the uprising has also spread. The Qing government arrested revolutionary comrades, Huang, Tang Xingjian and others fled to the Shanghai church to take refuge, and the Hubei uprising was forced to be cancelled. Huang Yuanji stayed in the army and bided his time because his identity had not been exposed.

1911010 On October 9th, more than 20 people, including Huang Yuanji, Deng Bingsan, Yang Yuru and Ma Jiyun, secretly discussed the uprising at 9 o'clock that night, and decided to raise the fire with the altar corner engineering team as the signal and the left hand tied with a white triangle as the secret record. Later, Huang Yuanji went straight to No.82 Xiaochao Street in Wuchang and met with Liu Fuji, Peng Chufan, Dr. Cai, Wang and others. And then report to Yang Hongsheng of Qianjia Street. Then find Fang Xing, Zhao Youyun, Chen Xianbin, etc. Surveying and mapping school, tell them to prepare for the uprising. Unexpectedly, Ruicheng, the governor of Huguang, suddenly dispatched the patrol camp, police force, fire brigade, guard team and patrol coach team, which were distributed in all streets and lanes, with 10 as a class, and they were extremely nervous. That night, not only did not have a chance to assemble, all revolutionary organs were also destroyed, and Peng Chufan, Liu Fuji and Yang Hongsheng were arrested and died. Although the Tanjiao engineering team lit a fire, no one responded.

1911010 At nine o'clock in the morning, Huang Yuanji met Hu Zushun from Houshan to Rouge Lane, and they were afraid to talk to each other. Seeing Huang's expression, Hu followed Huang to a remote place. After discussion, Huang Yuanji informed 3 1 Biao 1 Ying Zhao Youyun and other comrades, and told Zhao to inform Fangxing Surveying and Mapping School, and then Huang went out of the city to contact Nanhu, and told Chen to start an uprising on the trumpet that afternoon. At that time, it was widely rumored that Sun Yat-sen sent thousands of revolutionary troops to Wuhan, and there were many guns, bullets and bombs. Ruicheng was very scared after hearing this, and ordered the whole city to be under martial law, and ordered the soldiers in the barracks not to walk around each other and not to receive guests. The uprising was originally scheduled to be held when the bugle sounded that day, but because all kinds of bugles did not sound that day, it had to be changed to the thirty-first bid to raise the fire as the signal of the uprising. After consultation, Huang Yuanji informed revolutionary comrades around the country to prepare for the uprising.

19110 June19, the rebels and the Qing army launched a fierce battle in the Qilihe River around Shekou and Sandaoqiao. In the afternoon, the shells of the rebel army hit the front of the Qing army troop transport ship, and at the same time, the straw houses in Shekou area were also hit and caught fire, causing chaos in the Qing army. At about 3 o'clock, the insurgents captured Shekou and Daijiashan, and the Qing army retreated to Xiaogan. Huang Yuanji and other manpower experts pursued the victory, or fortified Shekou and Daijiashan. The temporary commander, He Xifan, refused to listen and retreated to the Liujiamiao and the paper mill. Then, why did he stop serving as the temporary commander on the grounds of illness? Li was appointed temporary commander-in-chief in spite of popular opposition. Zhang Jingliang was originally a subordinate of Zhang Biao, but he had different plans. After Zhang came to power, he slacked off his work and refused to give operational orders. The enemy, on the other hand, raced against time to deploy troops in Shekou and Daijiashan, set up machine guns at the mouth of Mishima Bridge, and tried their best to wait for rescue.

1October 25th,191,10, Huang Yuanji and others were ordered to lead the death squads to occupy Shekou and Daijiashan, and at dawn, search the Mishima Bridge. The second system led Xie Yuankai to Daijiashan, and at the same time launched an attack on the Qing army. Because the Qing army set up machine guns at the mouth of Sandaoqiao, several attacks could not be fought. The two sides were in the Qilihe area of Sandaoqiao. 19 1 1 year 10 On October 27th, Feng and Duan led the Qing court reinforcements to attack the rebels in three ways. Due to the improper command of the temporary commander-in-chief Zhang Jingliang, the insurgents suffered heavy losses and successively retreated to Chenjiaji and Dazhimen. 19 1 1 year1October 3 1 day, Hankou was completely lost. Feng set fire to Hankou for three days and burned thousands of families. Although the Qing army temporarily gained an advantage in the war, it completely lost the hearts of the people. People rushed to support the rebels, and the provinces declared their independence. In addition, Yuan Shikai constantly put pressure on the Qing court. At 8: 00 a.m. on February 2nd,1911,the Qing court declared a truce and sent representatives to negotiate peace in the south.

After the success of the negotiations, Sun Wu's personal desire for power expanded viciously, and he thought that he was high-ranking and resourceful in the Hubei Revolutionary Army, but he was not reused. He despised the old revolutionary comrades, and in June of 19 12 and 1, he formed a civil society with a group of frustrated officers, such as Sun Faxu, Lan Tianwei, Wang, Zhu Rui, Shi Xingchuan and Xia Zhankui, with Li as the backing, and established "Fu Li () against Sun (Zhongshan) in Wuchang. As a result, there was a contradiction between Huang Yuanji and Sun Wu. On February 27th, Huang Shen Mi, Xiang Qian and others instigated the "Temple Incident" (the second revolution in Wuchang), and Huang Yuanji, Li Jihong and others actively participated. Previously, Sun Wu had heard the wind and had avoided Hankou. After mediation, Sun Wu issued a declaration of resignation.
