Which is more reliable? These things complement each other. Maybe you have a high education and a high face value, and you may not be able to find a job. Without high face value and high education, you can't find a good job. Maybe some people work by face value, and some people work by academic qualifications, but you always rely on these two things, which really can't help you. Strength, like personal summary and accumulation, doesn't mean that you must have higher salary or better grades if you have education and face value, right?
