Born in March, 1965, female, from 1983 to 1987, studied in the Department of Statistics, School of Planning and Statistics, China Renmin University, and obtained a bachelor's degree in economics. 1987 to 1992 works in the labor exchange office of Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Statistics. 1992 to 1995 studied in the School of Business Administration of Renmin University of China and obtained a master's degree in business administration. 1995 so far, teaching in School of Economics and Management, Petroleum University (Beijing). Currently an associate professor.
