Huangjueya Old Street is located in Nanshan Scenic Area, in the center of Yangtze River Cableway, Nanbin Road, chongqing nanshan Tree Observation Platform, Chongqing Anti-Japanese War Site Museum and chongqing nanshan Botanical Garden, surrounded by Laojun Cave, the former site of German Embassy, Tushan Sculpture Park, Wenfeng Tower and other cultural and natural landscapes.
Huangjueya Old Street, which originated from Huangge Ancient Road, has experienced ups and downs with the rise and fall of the ancient road. It began in the Tang Dynasty, flourished in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Although it is only a short section of the ancient tea-horse road for thousands of years, it has also stepped on countless horseshoes and become the accommodation place for countless business travelers.
Under the design concept of retaining the historical features of Chongqing-Guizhou postal road and the characteristics of Bayu folk houses, the old street reconstruction completely follows the principle of "one floor at a time", so each house has its own characteristics, while retaining the original story.

(1) Bayu Architecture: Huangjueya Old Street has 175 unique Bayu architecture with a total length of more than 600 meters, which reproduces the ancient style of the old street. Behind these old buildings, there are touching historical stories.
(2) Daxia Post Station: At the entrance of the old street, there is the magnificent Guizhou Chamber of Commerce and Daxia Post Station, which is called "the first stack of Chongqing-Guizhou ancient road".
(3) San Mao's former residence: Huangjueya is the first hometown of writer San Mao, where San Mao and her parents, sister and uncle once lived. Now, the lively atmosphere of life has faded, and the old house is particularly quiet in the shade.
(4) Mansion: Courtyard of quadrangle, with a patchwork attic on the second floor, with elegant layout. The figures and animals depicted by one beam and one column are lifelike, which shows the identity and status of the original owner.
In addition, there are more than ten historical buildings in the old street, such as Kong Xiangyuan, Zhang Jingyingzhai, Tushan Porcelain Shop and Xie Jia Courtyard. Every building has a story. Walking through the old street, you can see the bustling scene of the past and constantly shuttle between history and reality.
(5) Street view: There are several climbing points in Huangjueya Old Street, which can overlook the whole street view from top to bottom. If you choose the right time, you can not only see the sunset and sunset glow, but also see the most beautiful night view of the old street when the lights are brightly lit.
