Li Zhen: Male, born in September, 1970, executive director, general manager, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Angang, and professor-level senior engineer. Mr. Li graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor's degree in steel metallurgy, a master's degree in metallurgical engineering and a doctor's degree. Mr. Li joined Angang Group on 199 1, and successively served as the director of the Second Steelmaking Plant, the director of the General Steelmaking Plant, the general manager and director of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Chengdu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the director and vice chairman of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Chengdu Investment Management Co., Ltd., the vice chairman of Angang Lianzhong (Guangzhou) Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and the vice chairman of Angang Hanyang (Guangzhou) Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
