Yang Guangyue, Naxi, from Lijiang, Yunnan, is a lieutenant general. He has served as deputy commander and chief of staff of Yunnan Military Region, deputy director of equipment department of Chengdu Military Region, commander of Sichuan Military Region, commander of Yunnan Military Region and deputy commander of Armed Police Force. On July 29th, 20 18, he was promoted to Lieutenant General of Armed Police.
He, a native of Lijiang, Yunnan, also known as Naruoa Guocai, Naxi nationality, born in 1950, enlisted in 1970, and was a major general of the Armed Police. He used to be the leader of the Armed Police Frontier Corps, the political commissar of the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Frontier Corps, and the political commissar of the Public Security Marine Police College. Liu Changyou, a native of Dabingxi Village, Gaozhai Township, Huaping County, Yunnan Province (1958 was assigned to renhe town, Yongsheng County), is a major general of the People's Liberation Army. Born after 1937, 1955 joined the army. He has served as the commander of the 40th Division of 14 Army, the deputy commander of 14 Army, the deputy commander of Yunnan Military Region, and the general commander of Yunnan border demining. 1July, 994, he was promoted to the rank of major general. He is a heroic commander who recovered Laoshan in the border self-defense counterattack. He commanded his soldiers to capture Laoshan, Yunnan, which was occupied by Vietnam at that time, in 1 hour and 56 minutes.
