Whenever night falls, it is almost an inevitable experience for every child in the village to follow the adults to see Chaozhou Opera. This is how Fan's childhood came about. When Fan was in primary school, he was a member of the school's cultural and entertainment committee, especially fond of Chaozhou opera. She is also the pillar of Hong Xin Drama Club in Xin 'an Village, Hongyang Town. Although her parents don't want her to develop in this field, Fan's obsession with Chaozhou opera will not change.

With the growth of age, the idea of being an actor becomes stronger and stronger. On 1952, Fan heard that a troupe was performing in Shantou. She hinted at her wishes to her parents, but they interrupted her before she finished. She saw the determination of her parents not to let her become an actress. But the stage attracts her like a magnetic field. In desperation, this 14-year-old girl made a bold decision, walked more than 20 kilometers to Jieyang with her family, teachers and friends and three neighbors and sisters, and then took a boat to Shantou to sign up for the Yuedong Chaozhou Opera Troupe. In those days, courage was really extraordinary.

Want to fly, who can stop it? The magnetic field of interest and hobby seems to have infinite gravity. Hua Ze, a fan, bought a movie ticket with change in his hand. She used her bed as a stage, mosquito nets as curtains and handkerchiefs as props, and studied and sang selflessly. The performance of Chaozhou Opera is an excerpt from Du Fu Mountain, with actors such as Lin Shunqing, Fan, Fa, Xu Yongshu, etc., led by the head of the delegation to perform in the theater of the Provincial Communications Department. When the performance began, Fan Huaze realized that the main guest was Premier Zhou Enlai. On that occasion, Premier Zhou returned to Guangzhou after visiting Asia, Africa, Latin America 14 countries. After the performance, the Premier, accompanied by Guangdong Governor Chen Yu, Secretary General of the Central South Bureau Wu Nansheng and other leading comrades, took the stage to shake hands with the actors and took a group photo as a souvenir.
