1On October 24th, Weng Qianyu was born in Taipei, Taiwan Province Province. Weng Qianyu's father is Weng Rongbing. Weng Rongbing went to Chengdu, Sichuan Province to study when he was young, and 1945 returned to Taiwan. He used to be the program chief of Taiwan Province Radio Station (later changed to China Broadcasting Corporation), the program manager of China Television Corporation, and the representative of China Broadcasting Corporation in Japan. After Taiwan and the United States broke diplomatic relations, Weng Rongbing became a Japanese citizen and settled in Japan.

Weng was born in a scholarly family, and his later family was engaged in sugar production and fish farming, and his family was getting richer. During the Japanese occupation era, his grandfather Weng Shaoren and his relatives and friends jointly founded Tainan Rural Commercial Bank, which was an influential family in the local area. Weng's father is a famous anti-Japanese hero. His daughter Weng Qianyu is a well-known multi-faceted female artist in Japanese film and television songs.

Weng Rongbing likes to write lyrics in his spare time. He wrote You in the Mirror, which was sung by Teresa Teng. 1973 on Weng's 50th birthday, the lyric work "Prayer" specially given to his daughter is a classic, with beautiful lyrics, touching feelings and long-standing popularity. Another work shows the lyrics of the theme song "Spring Thunder" in the series "Spring Thunder".
