Classification of special building materials

Aluminate cement has high heat resistance. If fire-resistant coarse and fine aggregates are used, heat-resistant concrete with service temperature of 1300 ~ 1400℃ can be prepared.

However, the long-term strength and other properties of aluminate cement tend to decline, and the long-term strength decreases by about 40% ~ 50%. Therefore, aluminate cement is not suitable for long-term load-bearing structures and projects in high temperature and high humidity environment. It is only applicable to emergency military engineering, emergency repair engineering, temporary engineering and preparation of heat-resistant concrete.

In addition, when aluminate cement is mixed with portland cement or lime, it not only causes flash coagulation, but also cracks or even destroys concrete due to the formation of high alkaline calcium aluminate hydrate. Therefore, it should not be mixed with lime or portland cement during construction, nor should it be used in contact with unhardened portland cement. Fast plugging agent is a kind of hydraulic material with fast setting and hardening, high hourly strength and slight expansion. This raw material is nontoxic and tasteless. After strict screening, it has excellent performance and simple operation. It can be used after mixing with water, and can be used on wet surfaces or for plugging with water. The effect is peculiar. How to use:

Scope of application: used in crack-resistant and impervious concrete and high-performance concrete, waterproof can be cancelled, expansion and contraction spacing can be expanded, or seamless construction can be realized. For reinforced concrete supernormal structures, expansion joints should be set to prevent concrete from cracking due to drying shrinkage and temperature difference. According to the relevant specifications of cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, the expansion joint shall not exceed 30m indoors and 20m outdoors, and it takes 4-6 days to fill the joint.
