Luo Zenan: Zhong You,No. Meiquan, was born in Shi Niu, Xiangxiang, Hunan, and was a famous general of the Qing Dynasty. Luo Zenan lost his father when he was a child. Because his family is poor, he often uses rosin as a lamp at night, and even uses fluorescent lamps and chaff fires to study.

Luo Shilin: A native of Ganquan, Jiangsu Province, was a famous mathematician in Qing Dynasty. He was proficient in astronomical arithmetic in his early years, so he worked with astronomical students in Qin to calculate the astronomical calendar. He wrote a large number of works, such as Notes on Three Things of Gou Gurong, Four Yuan Jade Sword Cao and Augmented New Techniques.
