Tang Yilin, male, Han nationality,1born in June 1954, was born in Yinjia Village, Diaozhen Town, Zhangqiu. Senior economist, winner of special allowance of the State Council. 1985 was appointed as the director of Zhangqiu County Additives Factory (predecessor of Jinan Shengquan Group Co., Ltd.). 1992 led the company to carry out the shareholding system reform, and served as the chairman and general manager of Jinan Shengquan Group Co., Ltd., and concurrently served as the representative of the 10th and 11th People's Congress of Shandong Province, the Standing Committee of Jinan CPPCC, the chairman of Jinan Federation of Industry and Commerce, the vice chairman of China Foundry Association, the vice chairman of New Energy Chamber of Commerce of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the vice chairman of Shandong Private Entrepreneurs Association.
