The play tells the story of a superb chef, Fang Yibiao, who married a notorious magistrate, Shen Yong, instead of a talented woman, which led to a series of ironic stories.
The play is divided into two seasons. The first season and the second season were launched in iQiyi on April 20th, 20 17 and May 25th, 20 17 respectively.
Synopsis: Fang Yi, an orphan girl who cooks all over the world, was lonely since childhood, but she has a good cooking skill. Because she cooked for others, she was assassinated and had to marry Shen Yong, the bully of the county magistrate's family. Fang Yibao, who is optimistic by nature, has a round face and big eyes but looks good, and knows nothing about poetry and songs. Even a rolling pin can dance wildly when you are angry. She is a superb cook and knows a little martial arts. She was tricked into marrying the Shenyang family, where she was quite popular with her parents-in-law. It is true that everything has its vanquisher. Shen Yong reluctantly married Fang Yibao, but gradually fell in love with this fake talented woman who didn't know how to read poetry but could fight, drink and practice her fists. What's more, the little girl stubbornly believed that Shen Yong was a good man, and Fang Yibao also staged a brilliant record of taming her husband. The prodigal son will eventually turn back. With Fang Yibao's company, Shen Yong finally achieved something.
