Taekwondo started from 1998 and has four black belts. Now he is the head coach of Long Yuan Taekwondo Gymnasium in Leiyang, the Taekwondo coach of Tongxing School in leiyang city, and the founder of leiyang city nunchaku. In 2006, he won the first exchange competition between China and South Korea, the 58kg taekwondo champion in Beijing in 2007, and the individual taekwondo champion in 20 10 Hong Kong International Wushu Festival.

I have been in many movies and TV series. On 20 13, filming of nunchakus teaching film began. In 2009, he led six students to participate in the Beijing Taekwondo Competition for the first time, and achieved good results of 2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze. 20 10 led two students to participate in the 8th Hong Kong International Wushu Festival and won one silver and one bronze. 20 1 1 led 8 students to participate in the 9th Hong Kong International Wushu Festival and won 6 gold medals and 2 silver medals. 20 1 1 led three students to participate in the top ten taekwondo exchange competitions in Beijing and won three gold medals. 20 13 led six students to participate in the 11th Hong Kong International Wushu Festival, and won four gold medals and two silver medals.
