1. First open the Excel table to be filtered, and then select the header to be frozen, as shown in the following figure.
2. Secondly, click the View tab in the menu bar, find the Freeze Pane button in the toolbar, click it, and then select the Freeze First Line option in the pop-up drop-down menu, as shown in the figure below.
3. Finally, try to turn down the table, and you can see that no matter how many rows you browse, the first row of the table is always fixed, as shown in the figure below. This successfully locked the filter bar.
