1June, 945 to1July, 950, served as deputy head of the working group of Liaozhong County Committee of Liaoning Province, secretary of the working committee of the fifth district (Xiaobeihe) of Liaozhong County (director of the Federation), captain of the martial arts team in southern Liaoning when fighting guerrilla war, and District 9 (Songshu Town), the fifth district (Linzitou) and the first district of Linjiang County of Liaodong Province.
1July 950 to present: 1950 was admitted to the Central Marxist-Leninist College (now the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China) to study, and 1953 stayed in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Marxist-Leninist College (later changed to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Senior Party School and changed to the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China after the Cultural Revolution) to teach.
