Starting point: Yulin City, Shaanxi Province; End point: Yushan Town, Lantian County, Shaanxi Province. Yulin-Lantian Expressway, numbered G652 1 (formerly G65E), is a newly added national expressway in the National Highway Network Planning (20 13-2030) issued in 2013. It is one of the two parallel lines of the national G65 Baomao Expressway. The main control points of Yulan Expressway are Yulin, Suide, Qingjian, Yanchuan, Yichuan, Huanglong, Baishui, Pucheng, Weinan and Yushan.

20 13, 13 Weinan Municipal People's Government and Shaanxi Pubaihuang Project Construction Management Co., Ltd. signed the franchise contract of Pucheng-Baishui section of Huang Wei Expressway, which indicates that Huanglong-Pucheng section of national expressway network is about to enter the bidding stage of project construction.

This project is an important part of G65E Yulin-Lantian Highway, starting from Anshan Village, Huanglong County, Yan 'an City, passing through Luochuan County and Baishui County, and finally connecting pucheng county East and Weipu Expressway. The total length of the route is 80.6 kilometers, adopting four-lane standard, and the design speed is100 km/h.
