First of all, analyze the way that the employer informs you of the interview.

In the 1990s, interview notices were mostly delivered by telephone or orally, which was straightforward and clear at a glance. However, China is a country of etiquette, so-called people who reach out and don't smile are often embarrassed to refuse if they are not firm. But it's like falling in love. You are in the right direction to express your interest, but you already have a heart, but you are hesitant to hurt each other's heart, so you set foot on the road of two boats. In the end, there may be no comfort, and the bamboo basket draws water with a sieve.

Therefore, if the interview invitation is sent to you orally or by phone, if you have no idea about the job, it will be good for you and the recruiting unit to show your attitude on the spot. If you want to politely refuse your employer, you can try saying:

Thank you for your approval, but I have found a job that is more suitable for me (or I don't think I am qualified for your job requirements), so I am very sorry that I can't attend your interview. I wish your company a prosperous business and a bright future.

Although this kind of oral notification and telephone notification for interview still exists, as human beings in the era of 2 1 century e, everyone cherishes the rational use of their time and talents. Therefore, email notification has become the mainstream way of most interviews.

In the face of the email informing you of the interview, I think many friends may think like this, "The employer invites me to an interview, and I will take care of it if I want to, and it doesn't matter if I don't want to."

In fact, I thought and did the same thing before, but something happened that changed my view on this issue. I have a friend who works in foreign trade (most students majoring in international trade are in this line). When chatting with me the other day, he complained to me that he had bad luck recently. I asked the reasons in detail before I knew that he had submitted resumes to many foreign trade companies in the past, and he had received many interview notices because of his good conditions, but he chose the one he is working now to participate in the interview and passed. Others didn't reply, also didn't take a reason. But that's the problem. He accompanied his boss on a business trip the other day. On the way, the boss told him to be polite when dealing with customers and suppliers in the future. My friend was puzzled and asked him why he said that. The boss gave him an angry look before telling the reason: It turned out that my friend didn't reply to his resume before, and the boss knew about it. How did the boss know? In a word, the earth is actually very small, and foreign trade business is also very small. It happened that my friend's boss was chatting with another boss he knew and accidentally learned his friend's attitude towards the interview invitation. I also said some sarcastic words, which impressed me deeply: "You little C look down on our company and don't even say a word. Let's wait."
