Brief Introduction of Local Records Integration in China
China Local Records Integration is a set of large-scale local records series with the most comprehensive collection of local records at home and abroad, wide coverage and strong practicability. In the late 1980s, the revision of local chronicles was carried out in an all-round way, and the reading and utilization of local chronicles by local chroniclers reached a climax. In order to develop and make good use of local chronicles, a unique historical and cultural carrier in China, Jiangsu Ancient Books Publishing House (the predecessor of today's Phoenix Publishing House), Shanghai Bookstore and Bashu Bookstore, with the assistance and support of major domestic libraries, started the project of photocopying and publishing all kinds of old chronicles before 1949, and produced the Integrated Bibliography of Local Chronicles in China.
