I have served as a judge of China Dance Lotus Award, CCTV Dance Competition, Xiaohe Style Children's Dance Competition, Lotus Youth Dance Competition, Seoul International Dance Competition, Korea International Youth Dance Competition, Singapore International Dance Competition, CCTV Dance World Competition, Dance All-Star Competition, and CCTV I want to be a judge in the Spring Festival Evening.

Graduated from the Dance Academy of Minzu University of China, the first batch of China ethnic dance education majors, the master's class of Dance Research Institute of China Academy of Art, and the EMBA master's degree of China Renmin University. He has been teaching in Capital Normal University for nearly 30 years, during which he was the director of 12 CCTV Spring Festival Evening. 1995 set up the Media and Television Youth Art Troupe; 1998 founded the Dance Department of Music College of Capital Normal University; In 2004, he founded the Deke School of Performing Arts of Capital Normal University; 1992- 1995 was invited by Singapore National Arts Council to work in China, during which he served as the general director of Singapore's 94th National Day ceremony and won the Presidential Art Award; He has won outstanding young and middle-aged backbone teachers in Beijing and the Beijing Outstanding Talents Award Fund, and his artistic creation and academic footprints have spread all over more than 50 countries such as Singapore, Australia, the United States, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan and Russia.
