Every year, more than 100 cases of pancreatic cancer are treated, and the level of diagnosis and treatment, surgical methods and therapeutic effects of pancreatic cancer are improved to the domestic leading level and the international advanced level. Carry out standard pancreatoduodenectomy, extended radical pancreatoduodenectomy, pancreatoduodenectomy combined with vascular resection and reconstruction, pancreatectomy and combined resection of abdominal organs including pancreatectomy. The resection rate of pancreatic cancer has steadily increased, which is basically stable at around 70%. With the increasingly skilled technology, the incidence of complications decreased year by year, the incidence of biliary fistula and pancreatic fistula was always below 3%, and the cumulative perioperative mortality in five years was 1.4%. The one-year survival rate and two-year survival rate were 60% and 40% respectively. Supported by many funds, he undertook the key basic research project of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission 1 and the scientific research fund project of Health Bureau, mainly studying pancreatic cancer vaccine.
