Guan Tao was originally from a flax factory. He loved literature and art since he was a child. When he was young, he often performed in the Northern Theatre. Since 1993 joined Harbin Cable TV Station, it can be called an evergreen tree (of course, this is only an encouragement to myself). He has hosted columns such as Easy Quarter, Cable ABC, Big Leisure and Happy for 20 minutes (basically). Over the years, he has hosted many large-scale parties, get-togethers, business promotion meetings, press conferences and large-scale celebrations. Although it has not been praised and commended, it has won wide acclaim, or rave reviews.

On the afternoon of June 27th, 2009 (the second day of the first month of the Year of the Ox), Guan Tao, the host of Harbin, passed away.
