1) Enterprises have low requirements for general workers, mainly focusing on age, what kind of factory they have worked in the past, education level and so on.

2) The enterprise will first look at the age confirmed by the ID card and whether it is an adult;

3) Second, confirm the education level. Now enterprises are basically illiterate, at least graduated from primary school;

4) Enterprise personnel will ask which factories they have worked in before to confirm whether they are familiar with enterprise products. Some enterprises are piecework, so there are requirements for employee efficiency;
