In an interview, the interviewer usually decides whether to ask questions according to the candidate's resume and performance during the interview. If the interviewer is interested enough in your experience and skills and thinks that you have met their requirements, they may tell you directly at the end of the interview.
But some interviewers may not ask questions during the interview, which does not necessarily mean that they are not interested in you. They may just want to know your resume and background first, and then ask questions in depth if necessary. In addition, some interviewers may evaluate and discuss after the interview, and then decide whether to hire you.
