Zhang Weibin, male, Han nationality, born in Lanzhou, Gansu, was born in 1985. 1994 graduated from the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and studied under the famous sculptors Qian Shaowu, Cao Chunsheng and Dong Zuye. 1987 was awarded the "Qualification Certificate of Urban Sculpture Creation and Design" by the National Urban Sculpture Construction Steering Committee. He has served as the chief craftsman of Qinghai Arts and Crafts Factory, the president of Qinghai Sculpture Design Institute, the secretary-general of Qinghai Arts and Crafts Association, and the deputy researcher of the Arts and Crafts Protection and Management Office of Qinghai Provincial Department of Culture.

Current position: member of China Artists Association, director of China Sculpture Society, member of Sculpture Committee of China Arts and Crafts Association, vice chairman of Qinghai Artists Association, national senior arts and crafts artist, Qinghai Weining Sculpture Art Workshop, full-time sculptor and painter.
