The rank of president of the high court
The president of the High Court is the deputy provincial level. The analysis is as follows:

The executive level of the president is the deputy configuration of the people's government at the same level. Procuratorial organs and legal organs are independent judicial organs, reporting their work to local people's congresses independently and accepting supervision. If it is not subordinate to the Party committee or government at the same level, the administrative level shall be treated as the deputy of the local government organ at the same level. The Supreme Court is a deputy national level, the High Court is a deputy provincial level, the Intermediate People's Court is a deputy bureau level, the grass-roots court is a deputy county level, and the grass-roots court is an ordinary or minor level.

Intermediate people's courts and higher people's courts are subordinate:

1. Higher People's Court: Located in provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, it is the highest judicial organ at the provincial level, exercising judicial power according to law and supervising the trial work of lower people's courts. Its superior is the Supreme People's Court, who is responsible and reports to the provincial people's congress and its standing committee. The main task of the Higher People's Court is to guide and supervise the trial activities of the intermediate people's courts and the grass-roots people's courts within their respective jurisdictions, and to hear appeals against the judgments and rulings of the intermediate people's courts. The Higher People's Court also has jurisdiction over a few civil cases of first instance, that is, civil cases with great influence within its jurisdiction;

2. Intermediate People's Court: Intermediate People's Court is the first level of the people's court system, and its superior unit is the Higher People's Court, which is located in the people's courts of provinces, autonomous regions, autonomous prefectures, cities divided into districts and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The Intermediate People's Court is mainly responsible for hearing cases of first instance under the jurisdiction of laws and decrees, cases of first instance transferred by grass-roots people's courts for trial, cases of second instance in which people's procuratorates lodge protests against judgments and rulings of grass-roots people's courts, and cases of second instance in which people's procuratorates lodge protests in accordance with trial supervision procedures. The Intermediate People's Court shall set up criminal courts, civil courts and administrative courts, and may set up other courts if necessary.
