The outer pages of the household registration book are plastic and vary in size. The inside pages are uniform, with a length of 143 mm and a width of 105 mm, while the household registration certificate is only one or several printed pages.
Third, the household registration book and the household registration certificate have different functions.
The household registration certificate is a certificate for ordinary permanent residents to handle various affairs with the household registration book, which has the legal effect of proving citizenship and family members, and is the main basis for household registration authorities to conduct household registration investigation and verification. When the staff of the household registration authority conducts household registration investigation and verification, the head of household or family members shall take the initiative to submit the household registration book.
4. What materials should be submitted for the household registration certificate?
When we issue the household registration certificate, we need to submit the resident identity card and explain the reasons for the application. In addition, if we entrust others to apply, you should also submit the corresponding power of attorney and the trustee's household registration book. If the citizen applicant is a guardian, it should also submit part of the household registration book of the guardian and ward. If the household registration book is lost and the household registration certificate is urgently needed, if the police say that they can send a copy of the relevant ID card or a copy of the permanent population registration form to the police station.
5. What is the function of the household registration certificate?
1. The legal household registration certificate refers to the citizen's Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China and the household registration book. If it is a collective household, or if your ID card and household registration book are lost, the police station can issue a Household Registration Certificate for you.
2. At present, sometimes a registration certificate is needed. You can apply to the local police station through your ID card or household registration book. There will be no charge. Some policemen may charge (a piece of paper). The household registration certificate only proves someone's household registration, so no photos will be attached. But there is a personal photo on the computer, which will be printed on the certificate when printing the household registration card.
However, it should be noted that the household registration certificate only proves someone's household registration, so other photos will not be posted, but there are some personal photos in the computer, so when we print the household registration certificate, it will also be printed on the certificate. If the relevant validity period is not indicated, the certificate has no validity limit. It should be noted that the relevant household registration certification materials issued by public security organs are sometimes restricted.
