According to historical records, Emperor Yangdi visited Taihe Mountain. Then came the Tang Dynasty, until Empress Dowager Cixi in the Qing Dynasty. The emperor sent a civilian worker to carry water from Ganquan day and night to Chang 'an, hundreds of miles away.
