The school has a strong faculty and has formed a stable team of excellent teachers, including senior teachers who have graduated from China Renmin University, Beijing Normal University and other famous schools and have been engaged in education and teaching for many years, as well as new teaching stars who have achieved excellent results in the "quality class selection" of classroom teaching in cities and counties. In May 2007, the first middle school teaching practice base of Chinese Department of Anhui University was listed in Bowen, and the establishment of the base effectively promoted the development of teachers' level and the quality of education and teaching to a higher level. Since 200 1 the first graduates took part in the college entrance examination, the results of the college entrance examination have been rising year by year. In 2005, the number of undergraduates broke through the 100 mark for the first time, and the number of undergraduates reached more than 100 for five consecutive years. In 2009, there were 52 undergraduates/kloc-0, of whom 5 scored above 600, with the highest score of 649. In recent years, a large number of students have been admitted to national key universities such as Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Chongqing University, East China University of Science and Technology and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In particular, some students who entered our school with unsatisfactory results in the senior high school entrance examination have made remarkable progress after three years of hard work, and all the results in the college entrance examination have reached the undergraduate level. From June 5438 to October 2003 10, the school and the Academy of Fine Arts of Anhui Normal University jointly established the "Art Special Student Class", which has sent more than 200 outstanding undergraduates to universities all over the country.
