biographical notes

1995 Before the establishment of Tiandi Dafang, Liu Dehui was an engineer of the Institute of Science and Technology Information of the former Ministry of Coal, director of the Labor Information Documentation Center of the Ministry of Labor, and director of the China National Center of the CIS Center of the International Labour Office. After 1995, he began to devote himself to the research on the related theories of safety culture communication and started his own business. He constantly transforms the research results into missionary products or services and applies them to the practice of enterprise safety culture construction. After more than ten years of exploration, research and practice, Mr. Liu Dehui has become a well-known expert in the field of safety culture in China.
