Dongping Lake, called Liaoerwa, Konosawa, Juye Ze, Liangshanpo and Anshan Lake in ancient times, was named Dongping Lake in the Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty, located in Dongping County, Shandong Province. It is the only remaining water area in the 800-mile water margin of Water Margin. 1985 was announced by the people's government of Shandong Province as a provincial-level scenic spot, and it is also an important scenic spot in the water margin tourist route launched by Shandong Province.
