Wang Xinli of China Railway 22nd Bureau is the executive deputy commander and chief engineer of Maotai liquor expansion project headquarters of China Railway 22nd Bureau Group. He has participated in key and difficult projects of joint-stock companies such as Xiamen Xiang 'an Cross-Harbour Tunnel, Guangzhou New Passenger Station and Guizhou Maotai Distillery Extension. Participate in the research of key bridge engineering technology of joint-stock companies such as Songhua River Bridge, Daxi Bridge of Jinwen Railway and Xijiang Bridge of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway on Haqi Passenger Dedicated Line. Won two first prizes and two third prizes of China Railway Construction Science and Technology, China Xie Shi Science and Technology Innovation Special Prize 1, and three national patents.
