As the saying goes, Doom is the "mother of the big dipper stars". Dou Mu was originally the beloved princess of Zhou Wang in the Long and Han Dynasties, and was named "Lady Ziguang", who gave birth to nine sons for Zhou Wang. The eldest son is the emperor (that is, one of the Four Emperors, the Emperor Gou Chen went to the Palace), and the second son is the Emperor Wei Zi (the Emperor Zhong Tian Wei Zi Bei Ji, one of the Four Emperors). The other seven sons are Wolf-greedy, Giant Gate, Lucun, Wen Qu, Lian Zhen, Wu Qu and Pojun, namely the Big Dipper.
In addition, it should be noted that Doum Yuan Jun is a Taoist deity, which was transformed from Yuanshi Tianzun and evolved from Taiyi Yuan Jun to help the Jade Emperor manage the stars. There are many incarnations of mother Dou, just like the old gentleman preaching to the party. Dou Lao's deity is called the first god, and Madame Ziguang is just the embodiment of metaphor. In Taoism, there are also cases where Zhunti Bodhisattva and Tian Da fought against old Yuan Jun, and their handprints are the same.
The Origin of the Story of Dum Yuan Jun;
Yuan Jun, also known as Leguminosae, Leguminosae or Congenital Mu Dao. Yin Qi, born of Buddha in the early Yuan Dynasty, entrusted the title of "Lady Ziguang" to Zhu Xi Middle School as the queen of King Zhou Yu. He has always been kind and saved the suffering, and he has been diligent in supporting the Buddha in the early Yuan Dynasty. He is willing to have a son for the benefit of all beings. Yuan Shen is full of his wishes. One day, he bathed in the Yaochi, and suddenly he saw that the wonderful way of the Yuan Dynasty magnified the light and shone on the whole Huachi.
There are nine golden lotus flowers in the pool. After seven days and seven nights, the light in the Yaochi is getting more and more prosperous, and the light rises to the sky of Jiuhua, turning into nine treasure pavilions. In the castle, there are nine sons, namely the nine planets of Beidou: Wolf-greedy, Giant Gate, Lucun, Wen Qu, Lian Zhen, Wu Qu, Pojun, Zuo Fu and Youbi. Collectively known as the Nine Emperors of Beidou.
The ninth day of the ninth lunar month is the Christmas Day of Doulao Yuan Jun, and the first to ninth day of the ninth lunar month is the Christmas Day of Nine Emperors. All the temples in the world hold a grand fast to celebrate the sacred birthday, which is called the "Nine Emperors' Assembly". If all sentient beings sincerely worship and fight for the truth, they can eliminate disasters and solve problems and prolong life.
