The Finance Department of Tsinghua University Institute of Economics and Management was established in 1985, and the first undergraduate students were enrolled in 1993. The training goal of economics and finance major in Tsinghua Institute of Economics and Management is to cultivate high-quality compound talents who not only master the systematic theory and analysis methods of economics and finance, but also have the skills to solve practical problems in modern economy, especially in the financial field, have an international perspective and understand the national conditions of China.
