I'm still in the process. In order to avoid unnecessary trouble, I won't mention the detailed position and answer anonymously.
About a month after I submitted my resume online, I received an email from the recruiter who was in charge of this project and had a simple telephone communication.
Telephone communication will still ask you why you want to change your job, why Apple is doing it now, and also ask some questions that are biased towards personality and behavior. Apple looks for people who value cultural fit.
After 30 minutes of telephone communication, I was invited to the Shanghai office of IAPM for an interview, which lasted about an hour. More in-depth than the question asked by phone, I asked to share specific examples.
Immediately after the interview, arrange the next interview. The interviewer is abroad, but she comes from the team that supports China.
I found that facetime interview must be eye-level, otherwise the other party will think that you have been rolling your eyes when they see you. Facetime interview didn't feel as good as before, and the interviewer asked a lot of questions about personnel management and personnel training. I fainted at once. The position I applied for is completely empty. I guess the interviewer was too busy to bring my resume. He just called me on time during the interview, but he could only ask 300 questions during the interview. Although there are some people in my current job, I always bring some simple assistants, so it is very rare to ensure that they will not resign at will, let alone in-depth training. I just gave a general answer, so I don't feel good either.
Fortunately, there are many interview participants in Apple, and it is not easy to reject applicants because of a more general interview.
Thirdly, I met the team leader, a China native, who spoke Chinese enthusiastically. Because I have been speaking English in the office, I finally have a chance to speak Chinese! =。 ='
He asked me how to solve the problems that many workers would encounter. Anyway, I also have real experience, so I shared some experience in project handling with him. He finally said, it's interesting that you can come out here. Finally, I got a chance to ask questions. I also asked him, what is the biggest challenge for this team at present? After he gave me the answer, he asked me what I thought of the challenge. I can feel that they are really looking for someone who can not only solve the problem, but also dare to face the problem that Apple can't solve in a short time.
The fourth round is comprehensive! Eight people, different team leaders, reminded me before the interview that the dress code is business and leisure. To tell you the truth, I'm nervous this time. I've been through 2-4 groups before, and 8 team leaders are crazy about you at the same time, really! Before the interview, I always wondered if they would bombard me with questions soon. It turns out that if your personality is pure, it should be very suitable for Apple. I'm not sure whether I can use the word pure to describe my character. What I want to say is that people at Apple really like their company, their products and the team they work with. During the interview, you can feel that they have a really good relationship and dare to laugh at each other. . . . I really can't see this in many companies. In many companies, teams feel ups and downs on the surface. The boss said something that was not funny, and the subordinates casually catered to it. The whole atmosphere is beyond words.
Finally, he asked me a question. I asked you what you enjoyed most about working at Apple.
An interviewer said that he has answered this question many times, but every year he wants to know how his mileage has changed along the way.
He said that at Apple, you will find that people really care about people and business. There are many excellent people in the team. They are not just your colleagues.
Suddenly I feel that there is a place where people simply enjoy their work and a good team goes towards a goal together. I don't want to forget it. I want to make money. I want to put up with my pig teammates. I want to put up with my boss who doesn't know what he wants.
I can see that April can still maintain a vision, innocence and passion under the fast-paced work intensity.
The fifth round of interview has been confirmed, and the mentality is relatively calm at this time. Because I already know what kind of team I want to work in and what kind of company I want to work in. Whether it is successful or not, I give myself a clear direction and must enter such a company.
It suddenly occurred to me that a friend of mine wants to be a scenic spot designer in Disney. He failed six times from the age of 24 and succeeded at the age of 34. True love, now his design will be exhibited in Disney on 20 16.
I think apple has the same status in my heart.
