Li Longyun (1948-20 12), a first-class screenwriter of National Theatre, holds a master's degree in literature.

1978 joined the Chinese Department of Heilongjiang University. In the same year, the creation of "There is such a small courtyard" premiered in Beijing, which caused controversy and was appreciated by the dramatist Chen. After being chartered by the president of Nanjing University, he was admitted to the Chinese Department on 1979 and studied under Chen et al. He wrote Xiaojing Hutong here, 198 1 and got a master's degree in literature from Nanjing University. After graduation, I worked as a full-time playwright in Beijing People's Art Theatre. In 2002, he was transferred to China National Theatre.

1988 was awarded the title of honorary citizen by American Falls. At the end of the 20th century, he was named "the most potential playwright in contemporary China". China's drama in 2002 was called "The Year of Li Longyun" because of its great popularity in public performances.

Li Longyun's ancestral home is Hejian County, Hebei Province. He was born in luoquan Hutong, Cheng Nan, Beijing 1948. He lived in the Great Northern Wilderness of Heilongjiang for ten years from 1968, and began to write plays in the 1970s. 198 1 after graduating from Nanjing university with a master's degree in literature, he worked as a full-time playwright in Beijing People's Art Theatre. In 2002, he was transferred to China National Theatre. 198 1 month script published the drama Xiaojing Hutong, which caused great repercussions when it was released on 1983. 1993, Lin Liankun and Han Shanxu, artists from old Beijing, staged the play again in the Capital Theatre, which was a great success. Later, it was adapted into a movie and TV series.

Li Longyun's representative works include Xiaojing Hutong, Wasteland and People, Call My Brother, Lights of a Thousand Houses, Under the Red Flag and so on. The style is simple and true, which always reflects his deep sympathy for the vicissitudes of the world and his deep feelings for Beijing.
