Jiang Zhuangde,1born in August 1955, born in Zhuanghe, Liaoning Province, graduated from Birmingham University, UK, and is a professor and doctoral supervisor. At present, he is a member of the 11th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), member of the Standing Committee of the NLD Central Committee, vice president of Xi Jiaotong University, director of the Institute of Precision Engineering, executive deputy director of the Micro-Nano Center, doctoral supervisor of two first-class disciplines of mechanical engineering and instrument science and technology, member of the expert group in the field of advanced manufacturing technology of the National High-tech Research and Development Plan (863 Plan), deputy director of the expert committee of the National Micro-detection Technology Engineering Research Center, and executive vice chairman of the China Mechanical Engineering Education Society. He used to be the director of science and technology department and assistant to the president of Xi Jiaotong University.
