Since1990s, Haitian soy sauce has kept the record of the first soy sauce production and sales in China for many years, and maintained a high growth rate. It is truly the first brand in the domestic condiment industry. On June 28th, 2005, 10, Haitian (Gaoming) Seasoning Food Co., Ltd. was grandly completed. After all the operations are completed, the annual output of condiments will exceed 2 million tons, making it the largest comprehensive production base of condiments in the world. It is the first model of the perfect combination of modern high-tech and traditional brewing technology in China, which indicates that the condiment industry in China has taken a key step towards collectivization and industrialization.
Huge production capacity: At present, the first phase of the base's annual output of 500,000 tons of soy sauce has been completed, and the annual output of 200,000 tons of oyster sauce, the annual output of 65,438+10,000 tons of soy sauce production workshop and the annual output of 1 10,000 tons of chicken essence production workshop have been put into production one after another, and the second phase of soy sauce construction project has been started. After the second phase of Haitian Gaoming Project is completed and put into operation, the annual production scale of Haitian will exceed 2 million tons. At the same time, the project will all adopt world-class technology and production equipment, so as to improve the technical development level of China soy sauce as a whole and lead the technical direction of the industry in the next 5- 10 years. Six centers: There are six product centers of soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and sauce, which continuously increase investment in scientific research and promote product research and development and quality upgrading.
Natural drying pool: Haitian has the largest natural glass drying pool group in China, which ensures the characteristics of pure natural brewing of products.
At present, Haitian has built a natural sun pool with an area of 300,000 [3] square meters, which is the largest in China. Scientifically budget the height of drying pool and the slope of glass cover, make full use of sunlight, and ensure the perfection of natural drying process and the stability of soy sauce flavor.
The fully automatic production line with international leading level can pack 48,000 bottles per hour [3], which makes Haitian produce 300 tons of soy sauce per capita annually, exceeding the level of Japan and other countries. A large-scale automated transportation center with first-class facilities has established an advanced modern logistics management model to deliver Haitian products to all parts of the world in time and accurately.
